At Elenique Skin Clinic, your safety and satisfaction are our priority. Please review the following key terms before booking your appointment:

Medical Disclosure:
Please inform your aesthetician of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications before your treatment. Some procedures may not be suitable if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking certain prescribed drugs. -
Cancellations:
We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a cancellation fee or loss of one session if you are on a prepaid course.

Deposits:
A deposit is required to secure your booking and will be applied toward your treatment cost. Not showing up to your appointment or failing to cancel within the 48-hour period prior to the appointment will cause to forfeit your deposit. -
Refunds & Courses:
Refunds for treatment courses are only available for verified medical reasons. A non-refundable £50 administrative fee applies. Skincare products are non-returnable once purchased.

Age Policy:
Clients must be 18 years or older for treatment. Under-18s require parental consent and may need a guardian present. -
Child Safety:
Children are not permitted in treatment rooms and may not be left unattended in reception. Bringing a child to your appointment will be treated as a cancellation. -
Liability:
Elenique Skin Clinic is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings or adverse reactions if relevant medical details are not disclosed.

Appointments

A deposit is required to secure your booking. This will be applied toward your treatment cost on the day.
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment or, in some cases, rescheduling to respect the next client’s time.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a cancellation fee or, if you are on a prepaid course, the loss of one session.For prepaid single treatments, cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance can be refunded, subject to a small administrative fee of £50
Courses & Packages

All treatment courses must be paid in full before your first session and are valid for 12 months from purchase.
Refunds for courses can only be issued for medical reasons, supported by appropriate documentation.

Elenique Skin Clinic – Refunds, Returns & Skincare Sales Policy

At Elenique, we take great pride in the quality and effectiveness of our treatments and skincare products. Every product and service is carefully selected and delivered with your skin’s health and wellbeing in mind.
This policy outlines how we handle refunds, returns, and product sales to ensure fairness, transparency, and client satisfaction.
1. Treatment Refunds

All treatments are non-refundable once completed.
If you are unable to continue a course of treatments due to medical reasons, a refund may be considered on a case by case basis.Please note: results vary depending on individual skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. Refunds cannot be issued based on treatment outcome alone.

Refunds will be calculated based on the number of treatments already taken, charged at the standard single-treatment rate, minus the total paid for the course.

A £50 administrative fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Proof of a relevant medical condition may be required.
2. Skincare Product Sales Policy

We only offer professional-grade, cosmeceutical skincare that has been clinically tested and recommended by qualified aestheticians.
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used skincare products.
If a product is damaged, faulty, or incorrect upon arrival:

Please notify us within 14 days of receipt.

Provide a brief description and photographs of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and reachable. Elenique cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs, and refunds (if approved) will exclude the original delivery charge.
