Clear + Brilliant® Skin Rejuvenation & Resurfacing Fractional Laser

Clear + Brilliant® is a non-ablative laser treatment that uses fractional laser technology to alleviate signs of ageing, improve pigmentation, minimise pores, reduce scarring, maintain skin radiance, and improve overall skin tone and texture.

This advanced laser treatment works by creating hundreds of thousands of microscopic treatment zones in the upper layers of the skin, which stimulates collagen production and replaces damaged skin with healthy looking skin. Clear + Brilliant® treatments can be complementary to many other cosmetic procedures including botox and fillers, radiofrequency, thermage and HydraFacials.

Although the treatment is comfortable, your aesthetician may apply topical numbing cream to the face for optimum comfort. You may feel a warm sensation during the treatment, and redness afterwards. Topical soothing skin care products will be applied to minimise any discomfort.

A course of 4 treatments is recommended for optimum results. Each treatment is carried out 4 weeks apart, depending on the skin condition. A patch test is also required 48–72 hours before your treatment begins to confirm your suitability for treatment.

What is Clear + Brilliant and how is it different?

Clear + Brilliant is a gentle “fractional” laser treatment designed to proactively fight the early signs of ageing. Unlike more aggressive lasers that remove the top layer of skin, it creates millions of microscopic treatment zones in the upper layers of your skin. This replaces damaged skin with healthy, younger-looking tissue, resulting in a “filtered” skin effect.

How long does it take?

Clear + Brilliant is a “lunchtime” procedure. You will likely experience redness for about 4 to 6 hours (similar to a mild sunburn). Over the next 3 to 5 days, your skin may feel slightly rough to the touch—often described as a “sandpaper” texture. This is a positive sign that the old skin is being replaced; it is rarely visible to others and won’t prevent you from going about your day.

Is it safe for all skin tones?

Yes! One of the standout features of Clear + Brilliant is its high safety profile for all skin types, including darker skin tones (Fitzpatrick IV-VI). Because it is a non-ablative, gentle laser, there is a much lower risk of pigmentation issues compared to more intense resurfacing lasers, making it a safe choice year-round.

When will I notice results?

While you will notice a “Clear + Brilliant glow” and smoother texture within a week of your first session, the results are cumulative. For optimal prevention and to significantly reduce pore size or fine lines, we recommend a series of 3 to 6 treatments, spaced about 4 weeks apart.
